Lisa has been the driving force behind Auca’s development since its inception. With over 30 years of experience in the vehicle remarketing industry, having held senior management roles within BCA and Aston Barclay.
Michael Buxton
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Buxton is joining the Auca board, overseeing strategic and financial planning. He brings over 30 years of automotive experience, including 25 years at Cox Automotive as CFO, CEO of UK operations, and most recently, president of their international businesses.
Fergal Dearle
Chief Technology Officer
Fergal is an Experienced Tech Lead and CTO with 40 years experience in both the public and private sectors. Fergal has been at the helm of many high-profile projects. He understands what it takes to create and deliver high-performance, robust, reliable, and maintainable software.
Jamie Newman
Client Services Director
Jamie heads up client relationships, ensuring our partners and users receive outstanding support and a seamless experience on the platform. He joins from Aston Barclay where he spent over 15 years in a variety of roles including Auctioneer and recently overseeing three of their sites.

Joe is a seasoned Project Manager with 25 years’ experience in software and tech, driving innovation across corporate and start-up settings. He delivers impactful solutions blending user experience, technical excellence, and commercial insight, with a proven record of success.
